Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times:
- Once your order has been processed, it will typically take about 11 business days for your items to arrive.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship to addresses within United States and do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delays:
- If there are any delays in shipping, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Damages:
- PantryArsenal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
